Fresno Injury Law has been known in throughout Central California for many years. Rick—who many know because of his RHDefense website—has primarily focused on criminal defense for more than a decade. However, after attending the Trial Lawyers College in Wyoming, founded by Gerry Spence, Rick returned to Fresno with the idea of adding personal injury law to his practice areas. Fresno Injury Law focuses on bringing to personal injury law the same great fight that Rick has already brought to criminal cases.

If you’ve been injured, your recovery and future quality of life could depend on the ability of your attorney to effectively and thoroughly fight for your rights, protect your financial future, and see that you are properly compensated for what happened to you. Fresno Injury Law is ideally-suited to helping you. Before becoming an attorney, Rick spent the first 20 years of his working life working in the medical field. Even as a young boy in his senior year of high school, Rick began working in hospitals in positions then variously known by the title of “Orderly,” or “Nurses’ Assistant.” (The precursor to today’s Certified Nursing Assistant, or CNA.) After graduation, Rick joined the United States Navy, where he served as a Hospital Corpsman aboard the U.S.S. Anchorage (LSD-36), a ship with no doctor, built to transport Marines to battle zones. And upon leaving the Navy, Rick worked as an Emergency Medical Technician. Eventually, Rick became a Medical Transcriptionist, and owned AccuStat, a Medical Transcription Service owner, which gave him extensive experience dealing with medical records. Rick understands the medical issues that are important to every personal injury case.
